Sales Operations Analyst (Power BI)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; on-site. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, conditional residents, asylees, refugees, or eligible to obtain the required U.S. Department of State authorizations under space technology export regulations.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
• Analyze pipeline, bookings, forecasts, sales performance, and key performance metrics to identify risks and improve forecast accuracy.
• Maintain CRM data integrity, governance standards, and consistent opportunity management practices.
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting and pipeline review processes.
• Partner with Sales, Business Development, Finance, and Executive Management on strategic reporting and decision-making.
• Automate reporting, streamline workflows, and perform ad hoc analysis for customer opportunities, pricing, and business planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Financial Analysis, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas, dashboards, and data modeling.
• Advanced Power BI experience with data modeling, DAX, report development, dashboard design, and automated reporting.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Acumatica, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
