Location: Remote - San Francisco, United States

Salary: $335,000-$350,000 per year, plus performance-based bonus and equity.

What you will do

  • Lead the global Clinical Operations team in executing clinical trial programs across the portfolio.
  • Develop clinical trial action plans, operational strategies, risk management plans, and program-specific standards.
  • Oversee end-to-end trial planning, execution, delivery, resourcing, budgets, forecasts, and cost targets.
  • Partner with Clinical R&D, Medical Writing, and regulatory teams on submissions, protocols, Investigator Brochures, annual reports, and other documents.
  • Manage relationships with investigators, consultants, CROs, vendors, and internal stakeholders, including vendor selection and scope, budget, and timeline negotiations.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team while improving processes, SOPs, reporting, and operational best practices.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of pharmaceutical clinical drug development experience.
  • At least 7-8 years of global clinical trial management experience with direct team leadership and management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education or background in biological sciences or healthcare.
  • Senior leadership experience conducting global oncology clinical trials and programs, including close collaboration with Phase 1 oncology investigators.
  • Extensive knowledge of clinical development, regulatory requirements, translational operations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
  • Strong executive communication, strategic influence, interpersonal, organizational, tracking, and problem-solving skills.
