Showroom Sales Consultant – Glass & Architectural Design

Location: Brooklyn, New York, United States; on-site

Salary: $30 per hour base pay plus a quarterly performance bonus.

What you will do

• Welcome showroom visitors and provide a professional customer experience.
• Present glass products and explain architectural design solutions based on client needs.
• Support the sales team and assist clients who are evaluating purchasing decisions.
• Answer product questions, prepare quotes, and guide clients through the next sales steps.
• Maintain the showroom and keep it organized and welcoming.
• Record client information and interactions in HubSpot CRM while staying informed about product and industry developments.

Requirements

• Previous experience in showroom sales, retail sales, client service, or another customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence presenting products and supporting the closing process.
• Proficiency with CRM tools; HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.
