Location: Hybrid support from San Diego, California, or an alternate Tecolote office in El Segundo, California; Colorado Springs, Colorado; Washington, DC; or Arlington, Virginia.
Salary: $85,000–$130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do
- Analyze contractor performance using IPMR/IPMDAR data to assess cost, schedule, and risk.
- Provide actionable insights to Government Program Managers and support program decision-making.
- Support and lead Integrated Baseline Reviews and evaluate Integrated Master Schedule data.
- Identify program risks and opportunities and contribute to cost estimates and predictive analysis.
- Collaborate with government and contractor teams on program execution and performance tracking.
- Prepare briefings, reports, and program documentation, and advise government personnel on EVM best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of EVM or Program Control experience, preferably supporting the Department of Defense.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with EVM tools and a deep understanding of EVM principles and standards.
- Experience with performance, compliance, and predictability analysis, Integrated Baseline Reviews, and Integrated Master Schedules.
- Working knowledge of cost estimating and systems engineering principles.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance. A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in mathematics, engineering, business, or the sciences.
