Focus on validating diagnostic and predictive use cases, correlating digital information with field-engineering outcomes, and supporting AI and data-driven technical services across Europe and Africa.

What you will do
- Analyse data from connected elevators, escalators, IoT devices and associated digital systems.
- Identify faults, recurring behaviours, trends and emerging patterns in complex equipment datasets.
- Develop dashboards, reports and analytical tools that deliver actionable operational insight.
- Work with technical specialists, DOC colleagues and field engineers to connect digital data with real-world equipment behaviour.
- Evaluate DOC recommendations and field interventions, identifying what worked and why.
- Support diagnostic, predictive, data-driven, digitalisation and AI initiatives that improve reliability, efficiency and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with complex datasets in a Data Analyst, Operational Analyst, Engineering Analyst or similar role.
- Experience using SQL to interrogate and analyse data.
- Experience developing data visualisations and reports, ideally with Power BI or comparable tools.
- Ability to translate analytical findings into clear business or operational insight.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in an international, multidisciplinary environment.
Nice to have
- Python or similar analytical and programming capability.
- Power BI development experience.
- Experience with IoT or connected-device data.
- Industrial, engineering, reliability or asset-performance analytics experience.
- Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning or AI applications.
