Senior Analyst - Finance Analytics Corporate and Consumer

Location: Hybrid role based at hirify.global Central, Osterley, London, with 3 days in the office per week. Candidates must have the appropriate right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Lead high-impact commercial and financial analyses that support business decisions.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear analytical questions and practical approaches.
• Find, analyse and connect data from multiple sources to identify performance drivers.
• Use SQL and Tableau to analyse, manipulate and visualise complex datasets.
• Turn analysis into objective, timely recommendations and explain findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Build cross-business partnerships and improve repeatable analytical work through automation or AI.

Requirements

• Strong experience analysing data to solve business problems and support decision-making.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to break down ambiguous questions.
• Commercial understanding and the ability to connect analysis with business performance, customer outcomes and financial impact.
• Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Experience using SQL, Python, R, Excel or similar tools with structured or complex datasets.
• Experience with visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.

Nice to have

• Experience in finance, commercial, strategy, analytics, data, consulting or another problem-solving-focused role.
• Experience translating business questions into analytical approaches, metrics, data requirements and outputs.
• Experience using automation, AI or repeatable analytical methods to improve speed, consistency or quality.
