What you will do
- Analyze, organize, and transform raw investment data into actionable insights and reports.
- Build and maintain robust data systems and pipelines for reliable data flow.
- Combine data from multiple sources and improve data quality, consistency, and reliability.
- Develop analytical tools and programs that support data-driven decision-making.
- Present findings through data visualization and collaborate with clients, project management, system architecture, and product development teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, accounting, computer science, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and visualization.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, data integration, exchange, transfer, and load processes.
- Knowledge of database design, data warehouses, data manipulation, data cleansing, data governance, and data management best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data technologies such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus programming experience in Java, Python, or VBA.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, organizational, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of investment data.
- Familiarity with dbt or Prophecy.
