Senior Producer / Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead complex projects with multiple workstreams from briefing through final delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams, clients, creative leads, specialty teams, and external vendors.
• Manage project schedules, resources, milestones, budgets, financial tracking, and delivery documentation.
• Organize pre-production, production, post-production, kickoffs, brainstorms, reviews, and asset trafficking.
• Write client statements of work, vendor agreements, change orders, and other contract documents.
• Resolve risks and conflicts, manage escalations, and maintain quality across video, image, website, TVC, print, retail, and social assets.

Requirements

• Hands-on ownership of complex strategic projects with senior stakeholder management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience developing budgets and writing contracts or statements of work.
• Understanding of creative development, asset creation, social media platforms, and channel requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, people-management, documentation, and quality-control skills.
• Ability to remain agile and effective in a fast-paced environment.
