What you will do

• Manage several projects from inception through completion.
• Research, organize, plan, and execute project initiatives.
• Track progress and set deadlines to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate communication between teams and department heads.
• Identify obstacles, solve problems, and make decisions that keep projects moving.
• Deliver projects that meet requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience in project management or customer service with a strong problem-solving focus.
• Proficiency with web tools such as Zapier, Linear, and Google Docs.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English is required.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
• Proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership.
