Executive Search Consultant (Medical Technology)

Location: Remote within the United States; occasional travel may be required.

Salary: $144,800–$217,200 per year, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define executive search strategies, leadership requirements, and candidate profiles.
• Research target industries, competitor organizations, and executive talent pools through market mapping and proactive sourcing.
• Identify, evaluate, and engage executive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, and other sourcing methods.
• Build and maintain executive talent pipelines and target company lists supporting current searches and succession planning.
• Analyze talent availability, competitive landscapes, and compensation trends, then present market insights and pipeline updates.
• Maintain candidate, company, and search activity records in ATS and CRM platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant executive search, executive recruitment, or executive talent sourcing experience, or an advanced degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience conducting executive research, market mapping, proactive sourcing, candidate assessments, and executive-level candidate engagement.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and CRM platforms, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Experience presenting sourcing strategies, talent-market insights, and candidate pipeline updates to senior stakeholders.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at hiring and throughout employment; sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice to have

• Executive recruiting experience in medical technology, medical devices, healthcare technology, or life sciences.
• Experience in a retained executive search firm, boutique search organization, or corporate executive recruiting function.
• Master’s degree in business administration, human resources, organizational development, or a related discipline.
• Experience with executive succession planning, leadership pipelines, compensation benchmarking, and competitive talent analysis.
