What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Source technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate technical background, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current openings and future proposal efforts.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Manage high-volume technical requisitions while maintaining accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System.

Requirements

• Must reside within the continental US
• 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in IT.
• Experience recruiting for roles such as software engineering, AI/ML, cloud, DevSecOps, or cybersecurity.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in federal government contracting or healthcare IT.
• Knowledge of employment laws including DOL, OFCCP, EEO, and ADA guidelines.
