Technical Product Manager (Experimentation Platform)

Location: Concord, Massachusetts, United States; required to work from the office 3 days per week

Salary: $140,000–$155,000 per year, excluding annual bonus and recurring RSU grants

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and product direction for hirify.global’s experimentation platform.
• Expand the platform from A/B testing to broader testing use cases.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, and Product teams on features, requirements, and implementation plans.
• Translate user needs and ambiguous requests into clear product requirements and well-scoped initiatives.
• Define success metrics, drive platform adoption, and improve the product using data and partner feedback.
• Improve experiment setup, execution, monitoring, analysis, and decision-making workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, or platform product management in a technology environment.
• Strong knowledge of experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing, statistical significance, power, confidence intervals, multiple comparisons, and sequential testing.
• Experience owning complex products or platforms with multiple collaborators and technical dependencies.
• Strong roadmap definition, prioritization, product management, project management, and cross-functional execution skills.
• Ability to work with engineers and data practitioners on technically complex topics and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience reading and writing SQL, plus strong analytical skills and sound judgment.

Nice to have

• Hands-on familiarity with power and sample-size planning, confidence intervals, multiple testing, false discovery, and sequential or group-sequential analysis.
