Product Manager (Software)

Location: San Francisco, United States; onsite five days per week

Salary: $130,000–$200,000 annually, plus 0.15%–0.25% equity, bonuses, and a sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Define new products from customer, partner, product analyst, account executive, and market signals.
• Lead cross-functional execution from requirements and scoping through QA, launch, and customer rollout.
• Work directly with construction companies to understand workflows and identify unmet needs.
• Set and prioritize roadmaps across a portfolio of products.
• Take products from idea and MVP through production and $1M+ ARR.
• Design products as part of a compounding platform that makes future products easier to build and sell.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of full-time experience at a software company in product, data analysis, or another technical role.
• At least 1 year of experience working closely with APIs, databases, SQL, Postman, or similar tools.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, structured thinking, and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including concise internal and external documentation.
• Comfort working directly with customers, running demos, onboarding users, negotiating timelines, and communicating through Slack, Zoom, and email.
• Willingness to work onsite in San Francisco five days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience conducting user interviews or demonstrating SaaS products.
• Knowledge of basic accounting or the construction industry.
