What you will do

• Collect and analyze business requirements related to data, robotic process automation, and messaging processes.
• Draft functional specifications and user stories for new features and process improvements.
• Apply functional analysis methods and tools in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Conduct gap analyses and document solution options.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Prepare project updates, status reports, and up-to-date functional documentation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field, or current enrollment in such a program.
• Strong interest in functional or business analysis, data, RPA, and financial services.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Excellent written and spoken Italian and English.
