Sales and Client Experience Specialist (Finance)

Location: Fruitland, Maryland, United States; in-office role

Base salary: $63,750–$106,250 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Execute sales and customer experience tactics across one or more channels.
• Support initiatives that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, retention, and cross-channel experiences.
• Observe and coach frontline employees, identify performance variability, and recommend solutions to management.
• Direct the development and delivery of readiness materials for sales and client experience initiatives.
• Coordinate strategy execution with key stakeholders and communicate results and best practices.
• Assess and manage risks associated with business objectives and activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Knowledge of sales channels, sales functions, products and services, and strategic sales planning.
• Skills in account management, customer experience, negotiation, operations management, and strategic planning.
• Strong decision-making, critical thinking, communication, influencing, planning, and organizing skills.
