Account Manager ENT

Location: In Office at 400 North Roxbury Drive, Beverly Hills, California, US 90210

Salary: $65,296–$104,304 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for entertainment-division customers and prospects, providing proactive and consultative operational support.
• Resolve account and banking-product issues, handle customer complaints, and support loan payments, wires, new accounts, deposits, investments, and account activity.
• Evaluate customer needs, recommend banking products and services, and identify cross-selling and referral opportunities.
• Process and approve deposits, checks, wire transfers, account entries, overdrafts, fee waivers, and other transactions within delegated authority.
• Review account-activity reports, identify potential risks, and take action to prevent financial losses.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, business-management firms, and internal departments to maintain operational excellence and client retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in client service, banking operations, or relationship-management support.
• At least 4 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• At least 4 years of experience with bank products and services, including deposits, wealth management, cash management, or international banking.
• Typically, 5+ years of experience in banking operations and servicing or equivalent training.
