What you will do

• Lead complex EPC projects valued up to $500 million from proposal development through execution and closeout.
• Ensure safe delivery in line with scope, schedule, budget, quality, contractual requirements, and client objectives.
• Act as the primary interface between the client and hirify.global, maintaining regular project status communication.
• Direct multidisciplinary project personnel and coordinate teams, joint ventures, alliances, and project partners.
• Define project scope, identify differences between proposals and contracts, and negotiate changes with clients.
• Own financial performance, risk management, HSE compliance, client satisfaction, and successful project completion.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in related projects; an average of 15+ years is typical.
• Several years of experience at the senior project management level.
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) qualification.
• Ability to manage project scope, cost, schedule, contractual requirements, and multidisciplinary teams.
