What you will do

• Contribute to a human resources project with company-wide impact.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, compliance, total rewards, employee wellbeing, and organizational communications.
• Work alongside HR professionals to develop practical, marketable skills.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be a current junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Relations, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00 after each completed semester or term.
• Plan to pursue a career in Human Resources and maintain confidentiality.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication, organization, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• Hold a valid driver's license and be insurable under company policy.
