Human Resources Management Trainee (Railway Operations)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States. This is a hybrid full-time role with one remote workday per week, up to 25% travel, reliable transportation required, and relocation required for candidates located more than 50 miles from Fort Worth.

What you will do

• Support talent acquisition activities, including candidate processing, recruiting strategy, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Partner with operations and corporate departments on hiring needs, performance management, and employee relations.
• Coordinate HR training programs, including scheduling, enrollment, reporting, materials, and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain training calendars and records, review evaluation data, and recommend improvements to training delivery and content.
• Lead or support project management and process improvement initiatives, including programs such as employee referrals and sign-on bonuses.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship, including H-1B, STEM OPT/CPT, or TN status.
• At least 18 years old upon hire.
• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business, or a related field, completed before hire or already obtained.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75.
• Less than three years of professional work experience, excluding internships, part-time jobs, and positions held while pursuing a degree.
• Leadership, teamwork, communication, adaptability, and resilience in a dynamic work environment.

Nice to have

• Internship or other experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Leadership experience in a campus, community, or extracurricular organization.
• Degree or expected degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.
