HR Staffing Specialist

Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire; the role is based out of Detroit, Michigan and supports active sites across the state. Work takes place on site or in an SBM office where applicable, with regional travel as needed.

Salary: $63,000–$66,000 per year.

hirify.global, LP is hiring an HR Staffing Specialist to support frontline staffing across regional sites.

What you will do

• Partner with Operations and HR leaders to address site-level staffing needs and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Own recruiting strategies for assigned sites and regions, including online recruiting and continuous process improvement.
• Conduct high-volume prescreening, interviewing, hiring, offer extension, onboarding, and job fairs.
• Track open positions, applicant flow, interviews, hires, turnover, and other recruiting statistics.
• Coordinate background checks, drug tests, new-hire approvals, and confidential employee information.
• Train management on interviewing and hiring practices and travel to support regional staffing needs.

Requirements

• Associate degree or six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Bilingual Spanish communication skills required.
• Strong organization and communication skills for managing multiple events, positions, and sites.
• Ability to work on site or in an SBM office where applicable and travel as needed.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
