What you will do

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting implementation activities, including requirements gathering, design workshops, configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Translate finance, accounting, reporting, and user-community requirements into scalable master data and information system solutions.
• Configure consolidation groups, master data structures, hierarchies, validation rules, reporting structures, and charts of accounts.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, training materials, and user support documentation.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Tax, Audit, SAP functional and technical teams, and external partners.
• Provide change governance, resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, financial consolidation, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience leading or coordinating financial systems and project teams, capturing user requirements, and working in multifunctional global teams.
• Technical knowledge of consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation.
• Experience with master data design and implementation, organizational change, analytical problem-solving, communication, and collaboration.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA required; PMP is a plus. Knowledge of SAP FI, CO, Central Finance, and Group Reporting is preferred.
