Senior Manager, IT - SAP Finance & Global Tax Solutions (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Chicago/Aon Center, United States

New hire base salary: $120,800–$151,000 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Finance and Controlling capabilities across SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and Central Finance.
• Provide functional leadership for product costing, margin analysis, financial close, management reporting, planning, and compliance.
• Translate finance and controlling requirements into scalable, compliant technology solutions with Controllers and IT teams.
• Oversee integrations between SAP and platforms such as Oracle EPM, Snowflake, and trade promotion management systems.
• Define future-state finance and controlling architecture, lead design workshops, and support SAP configuration.
• Lead global transformation initiatives, cross-functional teams, system integrators, and external vendors.

Requirements

• Progressive experience in SAP Finance, SAP Controlling, and global ERP transformation programs.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA Finance experience, including at least one full-lifecycle implementation, rollout, or transformation from design through deployment.
• Knowledge of FI, GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, Treasury integration, financial close, reporting, controls, and statutory compliance.
• Strong expertise in Overhead Management, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Margin Analysis, planning, and management reporting.
• Experience in global manufacturing organizations and large-scale finance modernization programs.
• Working knowledge of SAP Central Finance, including SLT, AIF, initial load, financial replication, mapping, monitoring, reconciliation, and finance data governance.
