S/4 IT Finance SME (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Maplewood, Minnesota or Austin, Texas, United States. Travel may include up to 15% domestic or international travel. Relocation is not authorized.

Salary: $145,676–$178,049 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay where eligible.

What you will do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Record to Report processes in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Support General Ledger, fixed assets and projects, intercompany, journal entries, financial reporting, treasury and banking, tax, and compliance processes.
• Support SAP S/4HANA enhancements, implementations, upgrades, process design, fit-gap analysis, testing, defect resolution, and production support.
• Coordinate with IT, SAP support teams, and business users to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
• Drive process standardization, simplification, automation, user adoption, change management, and system optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or Business.
• At least seven years of technical experience in Finance, ERP systems, or IT business analysis.
• Experience with Record to Report processes and financial close activities.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including General Ledger, Asset Accounting, and Intercompany.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting SAP implementations, upgrades, or finance transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori.
• Knowledge of financial controls, reporting structures, and close optimization tools.
• SAP or finance-related certification.
