What you will do

• Run daily store operations and lead all activities during assigned shifts.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, customer relations, inventory, cash, food, labor, and waste costs.
• Maintain product quality, store cleanliness, equipment, image standards, and compliance with company policies.
• Lead customer service operations, including order processing, issue resolution, and timely pizza delivery.
• Complete inventory, stocking, paperwork, food preparation, marketing, and profitability activities.
• Develop team members and future Operating Partners through leadership and people-management practices.

Requirements

• Leadership ability, business judgment, empathy, multitasking skills, and the ability to work under stress.
• Ability to manage customer interactions, coordinate with coworkers, analyze data, and make timely ethical decisions.
• Ability to perform physical store duties, including standing for most of the shift, lifting or stacking supplies up to 50 pounds, and using stairs or crouching as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle available for delivery.
• Must pass criminal background and motor vehicle record checks.
