Field Service Engineer MEAT & CIS

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia; remote work covering MEAT & CIS with up to 70% travel

What you will do

• Perform advanced installations, repairs, preventive maintenance, calibrations, and upgrades for microscopy systems and related equipment.
• Work with MEAT & CIS channel partners on training, installation, and repair cases.
• Provide informal guidance to junior team members and share technical knowledge in complex situations.
• Support business implementation and readiness plans through project planning, work instructions, and SOP creation.
• Prepare and execute action plans focused on service revenue growth across MEAT & CIS.
• Identify improvement opportunities and help sustain effective processes and standard work.

Requirements

• Technical expertise in repairing, calibrating, maintaining, and upgrading microscopy systems and related equipment.
• Advanced expertise in at least two complex products within a product group.
• Effective networking, influencing, and communication across functions and organizational levels.
• Experience in training or coaching.
• Ability to work remotely from Saudi Arabia and travel up to 70%.
