TL;DR

Focus on analyzing web and GUI applications, managing defects, developing reporting solutions, and applying workflow automation and Agentic AI.

What you will do

  • Gather and document detailed business and functional requirements for new systems and enhancements.
  • Lead small to medium projects and coordinate with business stakeholders and IT.
  • Support test planning, execution, evaluation, and defect management.
  • Analyze workflows, identify obstacles, and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Define BI reports and data analysis for business customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience with web and GUI applications in large or midsize environments.
  • Experience with workflow automation, basic scripting, SQL and reporting, Agentic AI, customer-facing applications, and CRM.
  • Familiarity with TM Forum, Agile, industry best practices, and standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
