Finance Systems Analyst (SAP R/3)

Location: Tampa, Florida, United States; hybrid schedule with onsite presence four days per week

What you will do

• Maintain Finance-related SAP R/3 master data and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate Finance SAP access requests, user access reviews, and access administration.
• Support SOX compliance activities, including UAT documentation, evidence collection, and IT General Controls execution.
• Assist with Finance technology projects through requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and coordination.
• Perform financial, operational, and system analyses for management decision-making.
• Support regulatory and rate case activities through research, data gathering, and responses to interrogatories.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SAP R/3, including master data maintenance or security access management.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Minimum commitment of 30 hours per week with onsite presence four days per week and scheduling flexibility based on business needs.
• W2 employment only; C2C eligibility is not available.

Nice to have

• Utility, regulatory, or Finance systems experience.
