Senior Quality Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Analyze quality test and inspection data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support new product design and development by ensuring quality standards are met from the outset.
• Train team members and prepare quality reports for management.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 4–5 in engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Auditor qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and Six Sigma.
• Experience with statistical analysis and quality control tools such as SPC, FMEA, and root cause analysis.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and Microsoft Office skills.
