What you will do

• Oversee systems engineering and design activities for implementation of the WDP System.
• Prepare, maintain, and execute the System Engineering Plan governing program architecture and engineering.
• Coordinate engineering teams and translate customer requirements into system designs.
• Represent engineering in the Engineering Control Board and support major program milestones and decisions.
• Establish engineering standards, lead technical reviews, and ensure system component integration.
• Analyze system performance, manage technical risks, align solutions with program objectives, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Active SECRET Security Clearance required.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

• Junior level: 0–3 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree; Journeyman level: 4–7 years and a Bachelor's Degree; Senior level: 8+ years and a Bachelor's Degree.
• Professional proficiency in English, strong communication skills, and a self-starter mindset.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• CSSLP, GCLD, or GSEC certification for Junior/Journeyman levels.
• FITSP-D, GCSA, GISF, or SSCP certification for Senior level.
