What you will do

• Perform financial postings, reconciliations, and journal entries in SAP and PeopleSoft.
• Reconcile high-volume transaction data, including airline tickets and meetings and events spend.
• Manage virtual credit card transactions and payment flows.
• Prepare cost breakdowns and financial summaries for meetings, travel, and events.
• Support global travel program, payment solutions, and ICTS financial operations.
• Resolve stakeholder queries and proactively investigate data discrepancies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or shared services.
• Strong Excel and data-handling skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and reconciliation processes.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-facing mindset.
• Proactive, independent, and problem-solving approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience with Power Automate, Copilot, Cursor, or similar automation tools.
• Familiarity with Coupa, Concur, Citibank, or American Express platforms.
