Junior Account Analyst IFM (Temporary Role)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid work with an expectation to be present in the office at least 50% of working time.

Salary: EUR 1,400–2,400 per month for a full-time role, plus performance-based variable compensation and location-specific benefits.

What you will do

• Book, reconcile, and settle technical accounts for policies in International Programs.
• Prepare and deliver monthly statements to partners.
• Process outgoing payments and statements for assigned International Programs.
• Resolve reconciliation discrepancies with internal and external teams.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of technical accounts in the administration system and support Finance with financial ledger reconciliations.

Requirements

• University degree, ideally in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Prior experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify and explain complex technical issues to non-expert audiences.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality results.
• Proactive approach to continuous process improvement.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in insurance technical accounting.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to simplify and explain complex technical issues to non-expert audiences.
