Junior Account Analyst IFM (Temporary Role) Make an Impact (Insurance)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia. Hybrid work model with an expectation to be present in the office at least 50% of working time.

Salary: EUR 1,400–2,400 per month for a full-time role, plus performance-based variable compensation.

What you will do

• Book, reconcile, and settle technical accounts for policies in the International Program.
• Prepare and deliver monthly statements to reinsurance partners.
• Process outgoing payments and related statements for assigned International Programs.
• Resolve reconciliation discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of technical accounts in the administration system.
• Assist Finance with financial ledger reconciliations, reporting, analytics, and commentary.

Requirements

• University degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-experts.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to data accuracy, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive approach to continuous process improvement.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in insurance technical accounting.
