Director, Lending Products

Location: Hybrid - Illinois, United States

Salary: $170,000–$175,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead client discovery sessions, onboarding activities, implementations, and other client-facing programs.
• Engage with clients and sponsors to identify needs, gather requirements, resolve concerns, and recommend solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert on lending product features, functionality, technical inquiries, and compatibility.
• Partner with pre-sales, product management, implementation, and technology teams to influence product design and roadmap priorities.
• Analyze client feedback, requirements, and industry trends to drive product enhancements and adoption strategies.
• Manage program scope, execution, risks, dependencies, standardized processes, and delivery quality across stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of client engagement experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of securities-based lending and lending software design and delivery.
• Deep understanding of financial products and product workflows, with experience implementing technology in financial services.
• Strong business analysis, systems analysis, financial analysis, communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and familiarity with SDLC and PDLC processes.
