HR Talent Acquisition Director

Location: Fully onsite in Phoenix, Arizona

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year, with potential performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and recruiting priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Advise senior and executive leaders on talent market trends, workforce risks, recruiting effectiveness, and future talent needs.
• Design and improve recruiting policies, processes, governance, and candidate-centered hiring practices.
• Develop employer branding, community, university relations, diversity sourcing, and talent pipeline strategies.
• Oversee recruiting technology, applicant tracking systems, assessment tools, analytics, vendors, and external search partnerships.
• Build, coach, and lead a high-performing recruiting organization while maintaining compliance with banking regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources.
• Experience developing recruitment strategies, managing full-cycle recruiting, partnering with senior leaders, and using data to improve hiring outcomes.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing a talent acquisition team and leading enterprise-wide recruiting initiatives preferred.
• Experience with recruiting technology, applicant tracking systems, vendor relationships, diversity recruiting, workforce planning, succession planning, or employer branding preferred.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Phoenix, Arizona. Occasional travel is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or comparable senior HR certification.
