Talent Advisor - Branch Network (Financial Services)

Location: Hybrid role based in Westlake, Texas; Orlando, Florida; or Austin, Texas

What you will do

• Build recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities, workforce needs, market insights, and measurable hiring outcomes.
• Lead consultative intake discussions with hiring leaders to define role outcomes, skills, success measures, and selection priorities.
• Create and nurture talent pipelines using sourcing tools, referrals, outreach, and market research.
• Apply skills-based hiring practices and develop structured interview plans that support consistent and fair selection.
• Facilitate evidence-based debriefs, synthesize feedback, and guide stakeholders toward timely hiring decisions.
• Improve recruiting practices, candidate experience, tools, and workflows while managing competing priorities across multiple searches.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related candidate assessment, stakeholder consultation, talent pipeline, workforce planning, or hiring process roles.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies for complex, specialized, or hard-to-fill roles.
• Skills-based hiring experience, including evaluating role-relevant capabilities and evidence of success.
• Strong consultative communication, strategic thinking, change agility, judgment, and results orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and maintain momentum across searches.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and common recruiting technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting across multiple functions, business areas, or geographically distributed teams.
• Familiarity with workforce planning, talent market analysis, employment branding, and Financial Services or Wealth Management recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
