Sr. Financial Process & Systems Developer (OneStream)

Location: Medina, Minnesota, USA; hybrid schedule with three days in the Medina office and two days remote per week.

Salary: $95,000–$117,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop, enhance, and maintain financial system solutions within OneStream.
• Translate finance and cross-functional business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support new functionality, workflows, reporting capabilities, upgrades, patches, and maintenance releases.
• Maintain and optimize system integrations, including data mappings and transformations.
• Support reporting and analytics initiatives using Snowflake and Power BI.
• Troubleshoot issues, support end users, maintain documentation, and implement process and performance improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience developing in OneStream with VB.NET or C#.
• Experience with SQL and database or reporting tools such as Snowflake or Power BI.
• Ability to collaborate effectively on finance solutions, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
