Senior Manager, Data Analytics

Location: Onsite at the Bentonville Home Office, Arkansas, United States

Annual salary: $90,000–$180,000, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Identify and evaluate data sources against business requirements, service level agreements, and data quality standards.
• Develop advanced analytics and automation solutions that translate business problems into actionable insights.
• Design dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to communicate complex findings.
• Use geospatial tools and strategies to create maps that support business operations.
• Lead data profiling, cleansing, monitoring, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, mentor associates, and align analytics strategies with business and regulatory objectives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in data analytics, including big data technologies and advanced data visualization.
• Knowledge of data quality management, data governance, and data strategy principles.
• Proficiency in data modeling, dashboard creation, and exploratory data analysis using SQL, Python, or similar tools.
• Ability to convert complex business requirements into data solutions and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Leadership experience managing teams, mentoring associates, and driving improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, master's degree plus 2 years, or 6 years of relevant experience; 1 year of supervisory experience required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Spark, Scala, R, Power BI, Tableau, or related data analysis and business intelligence tools.
• Related industry experience in retail, merchandising, healthcare, or eCommerce.
• Master's degree in a related business, analytics, engineering, mathematics, computer science, or information technology field.
