Staff Decision Scientist, Client Analytics

Location: Hybrid in Denver, Colorado, with three days in the office each week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Candidates must live in the United States. Relocation to Denver is supported with a relocation bonus.

Base compensation: $128,000–$151,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Partner with client account teams to optimize client success on hirify.global platforms.
• Engage with external clients to understand business and program goals, especially incremental revenue objectives.
• Present analytical results, insights, recommendations, and data-driven stories to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead complex analytical projects, provide milestone updates, and prioritize work efficiently.
• Identify and adopt emerging analytical and technical capabilities while mentoring others.
• Participate in cross-functional analytics projects and support the analytics community.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in an analytical function.
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced experience with modern data analysis and pipeline tools, including Databricks, SQL, Python, Git, and GitHub.
• Advanced experience with modern business intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Strong client-facing communication, consulting, data visualization, and executive presentation skills.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.

• Extensive analytics experience in the CPG space or on the client, supplier, or agency side.
