Product Software Engineer - Agentic AI

Location: USA — Kennesaw, GA; hybrid role with possible onsite interviews

Compensation: $74,700–$127,950 USD annually, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, debug, implement, and maintain secure, scalable software solutions.
• Build AI-powered application features using LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-based approaches, and workflow automation.
• Develop APIs, application services, cloud components, and integrations between AI services and business applications.
• Participate in agentic AI workflows, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and production incident resolution.
• Optimize applications for performance, reliability, maintainability, security, compliance, privacy, and observability.
• Support code reviews, technical documentation, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, release readiness, and production monitoring with Azure DevOps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 2–5 years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years with C# and .NET.
• Experience building web applications, REST APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
• Understanding of software design, testing, debugging, performance optimization, microservices, and cloud services.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, secure development, authentication, authorization, and data privacy principles.
• Experience with Agile development and strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Generative AI, AI-enabled applications, or AI-assisted development tools.
• Knowledge of the U.S. tax or accounting domain.
