Distinguished Software Engineer (AI/ML Agentic Systems)

Annual salary: $169,000–$338,000, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Architect and develop agentic AI systems that manage reliability engineering workflows, predictive failure analysis, and self-optimization.
• Design multi-agent orchestration platforms for change management, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
• Build ML-driven observability, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and autonomous resolution platforms.
• Develop self-healing and fault-tolerant infrastructure across hybrid cloud environments.
• Reduce mean time to detect and restore through intelligent automation, predictive capabilities, and improved instrumentation.
• Drive MLOps, AIOps, CI/CD, reusable reliability infrastructure, and technical mentorship across engineering organizations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in Reliability Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related software engineering; the minimum qualification also allows a bachelor's degree plus 6 years or 8 years of software engineering experience.
• Expertise in AI/ML engineering, TensorFlow or PyTorch, and large-scale production ML deployments.
• Advanced experience with agentic AI, LLM-based agents, multi-agent frameworks, autonomous decision-making, and agent orchestration.
• Strong reliability, distributed systems, observability, performance, capacity, and incident/change management experience.
• Expertise with Azure, GCP, or AWS; Kubernetes, Docker, serverless architectures, and cloud-native AI services.
• Experience with infrastructure as code, service meshes, API gateways, and self-service developer platforms.

Nice to have

• MLOps and model lifecycle platforms such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Seldon.
• NLP, computer vision, edge computing, real-time streaming with Kafka or Pulsar, chaos engineering, or open-source contributions.
• Master’s degree in a related field and experience with WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility.
