Senior Manager, Learning Consulting (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Westlake, Texas; Orlando, Florida; or Austin, Texas

Salary: USD $102,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead learning intake and discovery conversations to identify performance challenges, business priorities, and opportunities for learning solutions.
• Prioritize learning initiatives and resources according to enterprise and business goals.
• Partner with senior leaders, HR stakeholders, and learning professionals to recommend scalable learning strategies.
• Collaborate with learning design and delivery teams to develop and implement solutions.
• Build reusable learning resources, standards, templates, and frameworks across the enterprise.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness through adoption metrics, learner feedback, business outcomes, and performance data while promoting learning technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, communications, organizational development, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, learning consulting, organizational effectiveness, talent development, or a related discipline.
• Experience conducting learning needs analysis and translating business challenges into practical solutions.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, influencing, relationship-building, and consultative communication skills.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align learning solutions with strategic priorities.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems, Learning Experience Platforms, and content creation tools.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting large-scale business transformations, technology implementations, acquisitions, or enterprise change initiatives.
• Experience partnering with HR, business functions, and executive leadership teams.
• Confidence presenting recommendations and learning strategies to leaders and executive audiences.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and complex stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.
