Project Manager Equipment (HVAC)

Location: Carrollton, Texas, United States; onsite Monday through Thursday, with flexible work location on Fridays.

Salary: $70,400–$101,150 annual base salary; incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Plan, analyze, administer, and manage HVAC equipment projects involving complex equipment applications.
• Define project scope, schedules, parameters, procedures, tasks, dependencies, estimates, and milestones.
• Coordinate with building owners, mechanical contractors, subcontractors, other trades, customers, and field support staff.
• Compare equipment ship dates with contractor schedules and manage equipment ordering, purchase orders, and start-up work orders.
• Monitor project budgets, forecast costs at completion, control expenses, and manage project cash flow.
• Support progress billing and collections while addressing customer concerns and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business or equivalent with at least two years of project management, equipment, HVAC, or related experience; or four years of relevant experience.
• Experience with HVAC systems and temperature equipment is preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, work independently and collaboratively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Carrollton, Texas, Monday through Thursday.
