Quality Assurance Trainer

What you will do

• Onboard and train new hires across all distribution center departments.
• Lead introductory classroom and hands-on training using consistent materials and methods.
• Design standardized training methodology, materials, and documentation.
• Identify skill gaps, assess training effectiveness, and provide additional development support.
• Cross-train associates across multiple departments to improve team versatility.
• Support process standardization, consistency, and efficiency throughout the distribution center.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of distribution center experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, mentoring, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to facilitate classroom and on-the-floor training for individuals and groups.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 70 pounds as needed.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and walk for 8–10 hours per day.

Nice to have

• Experience leading a team for at least one year.
• Training or onboarding experience in a high-volume distribution center.
• Familiarity with material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and Joeys.
