Quality Team Leader

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States; all tasks are performed on-site in warehouse, training, and operational areas.

What you will do

• Develop, deliver, and maintain classroom, on-the-job, and hands-on training for inventory control and shipping operations.
• Create and update operational procedures, safety instructions, work instructions, course materials, multimedia content, and evaluation tools.
• Oversee accurate, real-time SAP transactions reflecting production, inventory, and quality activities on the shop floor.
• Monitor, validate, and audit operational data, inventory movements, production reporting, and quality-related transactions.
• Identify and resolve transaction errors and discrepancies while coordinating with production, operations, training, and support teams.
• Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate direct reports; support continuous improvement and standardized process adoption.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, plus at least one year of experience in inventory control, shipping, manufacturing, logistics, or a related operational environment.
• Strong instructional, presentation, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes, production workflows, quality standards, safety procedures, and material-handling equipment.
• Ability to interpret operational data, identify discrepancies, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback.
• Must hold or obtain licenses for applicable forklift equipment and be open to obtaining instructor certifications.
• Must be able to work on-site, frequently stand and walk, lift or handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds, and work around noise, moving mechanical parts, and varying temperatures.

• Experience leading quality training programs.

• Familiarity with equipment used in inventory control and shipping operations.
