Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role with in-person collaboration at the Seattle office at least once a week; candidates must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 annually, plus equity or stock options.

hirify.global is a SaaS startup developing payment and accounting software for construction companies.

What you will do

• Define and build software that helps construction finance and accounting leaders manage payment and accounting tasks.
• Develop expertise in corporate cards and construction accounts payable across supported systems.
• Expand the product by solving challenges for construction accounts payable teams and entering underserved areas.
• Identify, define, and prioritize feature enhancements, communicate their value, and develop success metrics.
• Coordinate feature development and releases while working hands-on with engineering and customer success.
• Support customer onboarding, advise customers on best practices, and build ERP integrations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a product manager or consultant.
• Working knowledge of accounting and accounts payable processes.
• Customer-focused, empathetic, self-motivated, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting, engineering, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work from the Seattle office at least one day per week.
• Authorization to work lawfully in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship, including H-1B, is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with construction accounting or construction ERP systems.
• Experience in fintech or payment processing.
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Vista or Sage Intacct.
