Senior Technical Account Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote, based in Seoul, South Korea

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for assigned clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
• Assess client cybersecurity environments and recommend improvements and best practices.
• Lead solution configuration, integrations, testing, and deployment activities.
• Provide technical guidance, training, optimization support, and proactive monitoring.
• Escalate and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with sales, support, and engineering.
• Develop cybersecurity strategies with clients and travel to client sites when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical account management, cybersecurity consulting, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of network security, endpoint protection, threat detection, and incident response.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, intrusion detection or prevention systems, SIEM, and anti-malware tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel when necessary.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
