Lead, Product Management (Semiconductor)

Location: Billerica, Massachusetts, United States; onsite role

Salary: $118,000–$157,000 per year, plus annual bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Drive product revenue and profitability for wet etch and cleans filtration products.
• Assess customer needs, build business cases, develop product roadmaps, and execute new product launches.
• Lead existing products throughout their lifecycle and contribute to New Product Development and New Product Introduction strategies.
• Guide cross-functional teams through stage-gate processes and Product Management Committee governance.
• Manage collaboration across technical, sales, quality, operations, and engineering teams.
• Use pricing models, purchasing trends, demand forecasts, and inventory planning to support competitive pricing and margin targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably with wet etch or cleans unit processes.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering.
• Technical depth in materials, chemical, mechanical, or related engineering.
• Understanding of operations, finance, cost, margin, supply chain, P&L, and ROI.
• Experience collaborating across sales, operations, and engineering functions.

Nice to have

• More than 5 years of semiconductor industry experience, preferably in wet etch or cleans processes.
• 1–2 years of product management or product marketing experience.
• P&L management experience.
