What you will do

• Contribute to day-to-day technology projects across software engineering teams.
• Build, optimize, and maintain high-performance trading systems processing massive amounts of data.
• Work across the technology stack to support stable, scalable, optimized environments with minimized risk.
• Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and traders in a systematic trading environment.
• Apply coding and engineering techniques to solve complex technology and financial-market problems.

Requirements

• Technical major such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics preferred.
• Strong GPA and completion of at least one co-op required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
• Self-directed, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of technologies such as C++, C#, Python, .NET, Java, scripting languages, Oracle, SQL Server, Windows/Linux, TCP/IP, networking, and security technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or finance/investment-related coursework.
