Finance Manager (Financial Services)

Location: Onsite in Lone Tree, Colorado; Westlake, Texas; or Southlake, Texas

Salary: USD $125,000–$150,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain financial plans and detailed forecasts aligned with strategic goals.
• Facilitate financial close activities and explain monthly, quarterly, and annual variances.
• Create client analytics and reporting to support investment and resource allocation decisions.
• Assess the financial impact of business initiatives, efficiency programs, and project investments.
• Provide objective financial recommendations and build partnerships with business and finance leaders.
• Perform ad hoc analysis of business trends, performance, and segment results while identifying process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of related Financial Planning & Analysis or similar experience.
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling, with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including synthesizing data, developing recommendations, and presenting to leadership.
• Superior analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple work streams and deadlines.
• Experience sourcing data from multiple database applications and consolidating large data sets.

• Prior financial services industry experience.
