Staff Financial Analyst (Finance Product)

Salary: $154,000–$208,500 per year, plus potential bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Advise QuickBooks Workforce Solutions leadership on one- and three-year strategic planning.
• Identify business growth risks and opportunities and support data-driven investment decisions.
• Develop and monitor KPIs with Product, Marketing, and Analytics partners.
• Build financial models for promotions, pricing, sales channels, and product development decisions.
• Prepare month-end close packages, variance explanations, and other financial reporting.
• Improve, standardize, and automate finance processes and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years of FP&A experience or equivalent experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or analytics.
• At least 4 years of experience in financial forecasting or analytical modeling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, financial modeling, communication, and stakeholder-partnership skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Hyperion Essbase experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and execute projects in a fast-paced environment.
