Senior Manager, CX Controller & Commercial Operations

Salary: $133,000–$150,000 annually plus bonus

What you will do

• Review Statements of Work for fee structures, milestones, payment terms, change orders, and termination provisions before execution.
• Own financial governance across the CX Services portfolio, including milestone billing, unbilled AR/WIP tracking, scope reconciliation, and monthly close.
• Partner with Finance, FP&A, and Revenue Accounting on revenue recognition and project-level P&L reviews.
• Assess non-standard commercial terms, identify material risks, and support pricing and deal structuring for complex engagements.
• Manage pipeline-to-revenue forecasting, renewal risk outlooks, business reviews, CRM data integrity, and commercial operating rhythms.
• Support AI tool rollout, health scoring, playbook adherence, and escalation frameworks to reduce cost to serve and improve expansion visibility.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in professional services finance, project controllership, or consulting operations, ideally in enterprise software or SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and IFRS 15 revenue recognition for services engagements.
• Hands-on experience assessing SOWs and commercial contract terms.
• Experience owning engagement-level P&L, milestone billing, and margin analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex models and pivot tables, plus experience with CRM, BI/analytics, and AI-driven analysis tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required.
